If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from pop-arts.com you can either exchange it for another item listed on the site or receive a complete refund of the purchase price. Returned items must be shipped to us within 30 days of your receipt of the item. We will not refund return shipping charges unless we made a mistake, such as shipping the wrong item. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. If an item was damaged in transit to you, please contact Client Services immediately.

How To Return Merchandise
You can return your pop-arts.com purchase in three easy steps:

First, email Client Services to receive your return authorization and to receive return shipping instructions. These instructions may vary based on the nature of the item(s) being returned.

Second, repack the item in its original packing materials. If you no longer have the original packing materials you must attempt to recreate the packaging to protect the merchandise.

Then, simply follow the shipping instructions provided to you by the customer service desk.

That's all there is to it.

Exchange & Refund Options
Remember, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed! And to make sure you stay happy, we give you easy options when it comes to exchanges and refunds.

If you found something else on the site you would rather own, please inform the Customer Service Desk and we will exchange the items for you. If there is a difference in price we will either refund the difference owed to you or contact you to authorize any additional charge to your credit card or other payment. Please note that we can not ship exchange items until we receive the returned merchandise.

If you would like a complete refund, we will refund the amount of your purchase in the same manner in which you originally made payment, just as soon as we receive the returned merchandise. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will credit your account, or if you paid by check or money order we'll send you a refund check.

You can also opt for a gift certificate to be used later, or given as a gift to that special someone.

Cancelled Orders
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please notify Client Services immediately. If your item has shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged Shipments
If your package is damaged in shipping, please contact Client Services immediately so we can arrange to have the item replaced.

Replacement Certificates of Authenticity
If you have damaged or lost your Certificate of Authenticity notify Client Services. To protect our clients, we track registered certificates. It's important to register your artwork when you receive it. You will find registration information in your package.
